Platform heel boots - black leather, wrinkled shaft

Beautiful boots from Remonte! These lovely shoes are a bit higher than ankle boots but not quite full-length boots. The gathered shaft looks really nice! On 174 cm tall Maria the merchant and 177 cm tall Sanna the merchant, the shaft ended just below the thickest part of the calf. The block heel feels comfortable, sturdy, and not too high. Comfort is also enhanced by the small platform sole under the ball of the foot. Zippers on the inner sides make putting them on easier, with small stretch panels next to them. Cool boots, trendy elegance for everyday wear! Great shoes for many occasions!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Maria’s choice from these would be size 43. The shoes slipped onto Maria’s foot and the length felt good. Unfortunately, the width felt a bit narrow for Maria’s medium-wide foot. Of course, the leather would give a little with wear and stretch.
